  I had an appointment set up to talk to someone about making our wedding cakes about a month ago. I showed up for our appointment and went to the back to tell them I was there. They said the girl had left because she had a funeral. When they called her she told them she wasn't coming back at all that day. No one else offered to help me or even apologize for what happened. I asked why didn't anyone call me and tell me that she wasn't going to be there and no one gave me a response. We went to a different cake place. About 2 weeks after that we tried to go to this hyvee again to order our alter flowers. A lady took our order and wrote my moms name and number down for the floral manager to cal her back and no one ever did. We went in there yesterday to ask them about it and ask for an estimate on my brida bouquet. Grant it they were busy for Valentine's Day but the floral manager came up to us and said she didn't have time to talk to us that day. In a very rude voice tone. I told her we've given her plenty of time to get back to us and she hasn't. So she once again took down my moms name and number and said she'd get back to us next week. WHY NEXT WEEK? I don't understand. And then when she asked when my wedding was I said April 22nd and she looked at me and very rudely said "oh. You have plenty of time." I don't care about that. I'm paying you to make these for my future husband and my big day. So needless to say, I was very disappointed with the customer service at this hyvee. We will not be using hyvee for anything for our wedding now. Didn't think this place would be so rude to their customers.
